Going from one hospital to the next, not being in a mental state to accept support or treatment, day after day of not wanting to try because it was a war every second of the day…
Pretty damn proud of where I have got to do far!
And from where I have been for so so long, repeated patterns and behaviours turning into relapses, one after the other, I’m hoping to prove and motivate others to see that even when there is so much darkness, so much trauma and what seems like no hope…..
Being alive, whether it is through the support of others, the help of hospital or the very bare survival that is forcing you to continue….
YOU CAN CREATE A LIFE WORTH LIVING!
I was beyond rock bottom for years, for as long as I can remember. I turned it around. Not in a day or overnight. I believe it took hitting every single relapse I’ve had to make me stronger!
Recovery is so worth it! Its never impossible!
